Michele Quinn, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN physician and surgeon at Women's Healthcare Associates in Oregon City, Oregon.
"I didn’t go straight from college to medical school to residency and I didn’t know until late in college that I had an interest in medicine. I worked a bunch of different jobs – some were good, some weren’t, my husband was in the military and went to war, I smoked and I quit (it wasn’t easy), my mom had breast cancer, I had a baby, life happened with its ups and downs. All of those experiences that make life messy make me a better doctor. I may not share the same experiences with a patient, but I can empathize and offer a sympathetic ear without judgement. For each patient, I ask myself: 'how can I help this person, at whatever point they're starting, to be a little healthier, to be happier, to worry less? What can I do to support them?' Life is hard. The best part of my job is when I can make someone's life easier."
Dr. Quinn enjoys all aspects of obstetrics and feels privileged to care for pregnant and birthing people. Her objective is to provide the resources and tools each person needs to achieve their birthing goals, whether that includes medical pain management or an un-medicated labor and delivery. Outside of pregnancy, she works with people of all ages to optimize their health and quality of life through appropriate preventive care and treatment. She is a minimally-invasive surgeon trained in hysteroscopy, laparoscopy and robotic surgery. Dr. Quinn is also a fibroid specialist knowledgeable about the entire spectrum of treatment, from medical options to non-invasive procedures, minimally invasive fibroid removal and hysterectomy.
Outside of work, Dr. Quinn enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, crime novels, spending time outdoors and knitting.

Dr. Quinn is an Excellent Doctor!
Bad first experience with provider. No prior issues with high blood pressure and the provider scared my partner and I for having high blood pressure.
Dr. Quinn is an exceptional provider, she always listens to my concerns and provides thoughtful and caring responses. She is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen for my healthcare.
Dr Quinn was very professional and very pleasant.
Dr. Quin was an excellent communicator. She was efficient, clear, friendly, and down to earth. I appreciated that she told me clearly every step of the way (IUD removal and placement) what she was going to do. She made me feel comfortable and confident about a procedure I was not looking forward to!
Had a last minute change with the providers i was seeing but my provider was excellent
Dr. Quinn has a wonderful "bedside manner." She always clarifies any concerns I may have going in to an appointment, and leaves me feeling less anxious, and feeling seen and heard as an individual. Referrals she has made for me, such as to pelvic floor physical therapy, have been very helpful.
