Dr. Lisa Johnson is a rock star of a physician. I have only the highest praise for her knowledge, care, communication and specialization in trigger point injections and other recommendations for symptoms of Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

I want to commend the person who answers for scheduling. This person is remarkable. they had to call to reschedule because of a snow day and they are just exceptionally warm and kind. I recognized their voice from an experience [details removed for privacy]. This person literally walked down the hall to connect with your scheduler, then got back to us to help us understand process and what was happening. Anyhoo, I am sorry I didn’t stop to say I recognized their voice and want to just say what a wonderful first representative you have for patients.

I don't usually do these surveys but I really appreciated everyone I interacted with - from the person who checked me in and even helped me take care of paperwork when I was late and had to reschedule my appointment (so kind and handled my disappointment patiently and empathy, while also making me feel like it wasn't a total wash by doing the paperwork so my next visit would be faster check in) to Brittany who was friendly and reassuring, to Dr. Lisa who was awesome, educated me, and efficient, while making me feel safe and cared for.

Lisa has been my provider for 16 years and is the best! Thorough, kind, informed and welcoming.
