She attended Western Oregon University where she studied music performance, psychology and pre-medicine as an undergraduate. She was active as a student researcher in the department of psychology and co-authored two peer-reviewed publications in the fields of eating disorders and body image. After receiving her bachelor’s degree, Nori attended Lewis & Clark College for her master’s degree in counseling psychology. In addition to being a licensed professional counselor, she is dually board certified as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC) through the National Board of Certified Counselors.

Nori has been interested in helping others since she was very young and has always found fulfillment in listening to people’s stories with curiosity and compassion. Today, she finds meaning through empowering women to make their own informed choices about how to live their lives safely, joyfully and authentically. She considers it a true honor and privilege to be able to bear witness to a woman’s journey toward growth and finding purpose. Her clinical interests include somatic interventions, mindfulness, self-esteem/body image, anxiety and depression management. She practices culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care.

Nori has more than a decade’s worth of experience in community mental health and continues to be active in public service. She also enjoys running, practicing yoga, baking, playing and listening to music and catching Blazer games. She is a proud dog mom to two rescues and enjoys spoiling them.
