Dr. Hadiashar was born in San Jose, California. She attended the University of California, San Diego for her bachelor’s degree in biology. Her interest in science, helping people and global health led her to Ben Gurion University of the Negev Medical School for International Health in Beer Sheva, Israel, where she completed her medical degree. While there, she discovered her love of working with women in all phases of life, and returned to the United States to complete her OB/GYN residency in Phoenix, Arizona at Maricopa Integrated Health System and St. Joseph’s Hospital Medical Center.
After working as OB/GYN with the Indian Health Service, Dr. Hadiashar sought additional training in advanced surgical techniques, completing a fellowship in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery at the University of Tennessee Health Center College of Medicine in Chattanooga. She has since chosen to specialize in gynecology, helping women of all ages evaluate, manage and treat symptoms that impact their health and quality of life. She is passionate about working with women to find solutions that dramatically improve their functionality and wellbeing.
Dr. Hadiashar sees patients with various symptoms, such as pelvic pain, heavy or abnormal menstrual bleeding, urinary problems or pelvic organ support issues. She is skilled in the diagnosis, medical management and/or surgical treatment of a wide variety of conditions, including endometriosis, fibroids and ovarian cysts. Her specialty is minimally invasive surgical techniques, including traditional laparoscopic and robotic-assisted laparoscopic cystectomies, endometriosis management, myomectomies, and hysterectomies, as well as surgical procedures to alleviate urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
Dr. Hadiashar enjoys cooking, reading and a variety of outdoor pursuits, including backpacking, camping, bicycling and running. She is fluent in Spanish and Farsi.
